I applaud Mike O Brien for his decision. What Jessica Price did was completely unprofessional and just plain wrong. Saying that Deroir was sexist is a downplay of actual sexism, if that is sexism than any interaction between a man and a woman is sexist. Deroir was very respectful and polite and did nothing wrong. It's very sad to see most of the media trying to flip the narrative and make her look like the victim, when she never bothered to apologize for her mistakes. I can already imagine a day in which developers will start calling game critics "sexists", "fascists" and "nazis" for giving bad scores to their games. Thankfully there are still some people that can see through her nonsense: ANet made the right decision firing her and Guild Wars 2 is better for it.
