Well, it might have to do with the cables that is broken. If replacing cables doesn't fix this, I don't know how to help you any more. It might be your graphic card, or your TV's configuration. But just to be safe, no offense but Nintendo Switch popularity is rising a lot, while PS4 is reaching the end of its life. I'm not forcing you to buy Nintendo Switch, but personally I'd suggest buying one.
