Title: What's the anime industry's fascination with highschool and explicit underage obsession?

I'm of the opinion 2D interpretation should not be illegal yes. Gross sure, but not illegal. If I drew 2 stick figures humping but said "oh this one figure is 12" is it suddenly child pornography?
