Actually, it does not say in the OP that I can only specifically discuss local backups. No where at all. I have read it six time now and it says that nowhere. What I do see, however, is a lack of clarity and contradictory statements in the OP. In the age of Trump though, only personal feelings matter so I am leaving this discussion now.
