Thanks everyone so much for the feedback! Feel free to drop your feedback in the . It helps us keep everything organized so we have a one-stop shop to refer to feedback from. This was one of the driving factors behind the choice of 1 month, including metrics showing how often people on average win gifts, weighted heavily towards preventing further Giftbot abusers. We've heard everyone's feedback and will be discussing possible reductions to the cooldown period and other solutions. Giftbot is constantly changing and is nowhere near close to feature complete. Hi all, I've answered some questions in the re: cooldown, and am chiming in here as well! The key points are:These are users who would follow Giftbot from thread to thread (regardless of whether they've ever posted there), enter every raffle, amass significantly more wins than the average, and would never give back to the community with their own giveaways. It's a tiny list (less than 10 individuals). This wasn't undertaken lightly, and it involved a concerted effort on our part to cross-reference user activity to ensure that no one was placed on the list who didn't belong there. This was done in response to repeated complaints from the communities about these types of abusers. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi all, Got notified so chiming in here with a status update! We're currently working on implementing anti-abuse functionality to Giftbot and hope to have that done sometime this week. We decided to shut down Giftbot for the time being until we could get that matter sorted. As part of this initiative we also intend to take action against Giftbot abusers. In general, we use the official Giftbot thread for any updates () as it's a nice centralized place to post them; we apologize for not previously making it clearer that that's the place to go to keep up to date. We also talked about our plans for Giftbot in the latest newsletter as well. Please feel free to @ me or anyone on the tech team at any time if you have any questions re: Giftbot. Apologies for the delays! We're working hard to get him back asap :) Thank you for bringing the community's concerns to my attention! Just picked mine up today, works great! One question - is the charging light supposed to come on when its connected, but off? I charged it all the way to blue, used it for a bit, but now when I connect it and it's off, there's no charging light.

I'm happy to announce a new feature today - You can now optionally specify how long you'd like your giveaway raffle to take, anywhere from 1 minute to 31 days. Great OT! To everyone, I just wanted to echo this: The easiest way to get started is to go on Amazon,and is relatively inexpensive, and get started! For Gunpla specifically, there are so many mobile suits that you can generally pick the coolest thing and have fun!
