Thanks! :) A crazy schedule to make this one. I basically had to manage through 3 years of start and stop as I took in client work in the middle so I would stop to make some mobile game, continue again, stop to make another one, etc. etc. We actually made some cool little mobile games but hopefully we can grow a bit more and get out of this loop.

Hints Tab is a must. Specially if you save, log out for a while and return a week or more later. In Case and Bot I wish I had more time or budget to do a full notebook with notes and things written down etc. That would be cool. There was also an idea to emulate something I saw only a game or two do: if you are away from the game too long, when you come back, there is a small cutscene putting you up to speed where you were and what's happening.

Hey can you add my little game to the list? :) is the sequel to Murder in the Hotel Lisbon, a PnC Adventure game released in 2014. We are aiming for an early 2018 release. Someone has been killing passengers on the express train from Lisbon to Porto, every single day since Tuesday! Someone needs to stop the killer! Once again Garcia is not up to the task (was he ever?) and reluctantly calls upon his old friend and his strange flying sidekick: the mythical Detective Case and the unmistakable Clown Bot. Together, they will board on the express train, bother everyone by asking annoying questions, pick up everyone’s belongings and call them clues, drink and eat for free at the bar (because they are working after all!) and if all goes well, find and stop the express killer. Oh, and they have to babysit Garcia’s kid because his mom is in Porto and Garcia is busy and since they are taking the train to Porto they might as well take him with them. What could go wrong, right? Time for you to board on a brand new adventure filled with humor, cases (this time many cases!), mysteries, and even more characters now than ever before! Will you be able to gather clues, solve the puzzles, succeed the trials, and find the culprit before reaching the final station?! Thanks!

The sequel is bigger and more complex with mini-games and puzzles, and I had much more time and money this time around :) The focus groups went really well so I am already happy with the overall results so I think the fans that liked the first one will really enjoy the sequel (or so I hope).

Hey fellow devs. Finally I got a trailer out and a release date for my tiny little indie videogame... maybe not so tiny anymore. We launch on the Lot's of work to do and still bugs to iron out but it's coming along nicely. Putting a trailer together is always one of my favorite parts of promoting my games. This time I got the budget to hire a voice actor from Fiverr and to license the cool music I used. Also changed some of the shots to better match the timing and music. The Clown Bot flying shot was the one that gave me more work as animating something like this moving in pixel-art is a bit hit and miss. Turned out ok I think :)

I am trying to understand if "wishlist aditions" of your game by a player is a good indication of a purchase when it launches. I mean, how much of a percentage do you expect from your audience to actually buy it? 50%, 25%? And, of course, if anyone has actual numbers, it would be great :)

We moved to Game Maker Studio 2.0 and with it added more support to current chipsets and other silly computer things. We also adding support for controllers. As a curiosity note, and considering my game is already 4 years old, we are getting more sales from China than anywhere else. Weird but cool. On a side note, the Steam browser game is really weird. Are you guys really playing it to get (even) more games?
